AIEHI is a place-based community development organization serving primarily African immigrants. We do non-profitable work by creating civil engagement opportunities, creating awareness, and promoting education and health for African immigrants. AIEHI helps immigrant families get health, educational, and economic resources, and opportunities to establish financial stability and good health. We also provide immigration services to integrate African immigrants into American society and promote cultural understanding. We aim to give the immigrants an all-around experience so that they may enjoy all the benefits. We make them feel welcome in the developed society so they can improve their lives.
African immigrants face personal, community, and system barriers to receiving proper education, health, and family well-being. They are located in Cambridge, MA, where many African immigrants face challenges in receiving work and health facilities. So, the founders identified the need for a channel to solve these problems through a community.
AIEHI organization provides ease and comfort for African Immigrants and refugees in our target community. We educate immigrants on how to take full advantage of all the opportunities America has to offer. The organization will continue to focus on ensuring the best standard of living for all African Immigrants and refugees entering the community.
